Go 1.13.3 and Go 1.12.12 are released

Hello gophers,

We have just released Go versions 1.13.3 and 1.12.12, minor point releases.

These releases include fixes to the go command, the toolchain, the runtime,
syscall, net, net/http, and crypto/ecdsa packages.

You can download the binary and source distributions from the Go website:
https://golang.org/dl/

To compile from source using a Git clone, update to the release with
"git checkout go1.13.3" and build as usual.
