• ksqlDB details (server, user, pw) now a client object, much tidier. Thanks @Frosin (#11)

• Uses contexts now to properly manage cancelling queries (thanks @blaketastic2)
• Added support for authentication - tested successfully against Confluent Cloud (#7)
